Location sensation

The location is fantastic and the hotel is clean, comfortable and spacious.

The staff were difficult to find when you wanted information but once found they were very polite and helpful.

Great location and good breakfast

Fantastic location Room was clean Good breakfast and friendly staff Room was fairly quiet. Very near bars and restaurants. Would recommend the Restaurant El Pirata.

I booked a room with balcony but didn’t get one. The initial booking definitely stated balcony but to be fair other parts of the booking said maybe a balcony. Some things in the room needed attention such as loose shower head etc. Aircon was good but noisy but we didn’t really need it in October.

Lovely staff, even though in annex it was most charming and buffet breakfast amazing over looking the bay.

Spacious comfortable bedroom with private patio. Staff could not have been more pleasant. Fantastic buffet breakfast.

I thought we had a room overlooking the bay. Instead we were put in an annex. However, we had the bonus of a pool, but sadly couldn’t use it as we left before it opened at 11am and it closed at 6pm.

Decent budget spot in a lovely area

The hotel is perfectly located right by the tram stop, right by the beach, and walking distance to everything in the marina. It has a nice view of the sunset in the evening too from the balconys at the front. Kathy on the front desk is very helpful and friendly!

We had an issue on check in, we were given the wrong room and we're made to move the following day. It was frustrating due to the lack of communication about what happened. However Kathy on the front desk sorted everything out, and explained the mistake and made us feel a lot better afterwards. The beds are a little firm. I like a firm bed but they are verrry firm. If you're used to a soft mattress you will struggle. We didn't eat at the restaurant but waited 30 mins to make a drink order but they never came over. The area the staff have to manage is huge so I understand the difficulty but it was still irritating.

Perfect Location, Would recommend

Unbeatable location, great value for money relative to the surrounding options but still pricey for what it is. The room was clean and the service was good. Two singles instead of a double in our room unfortunately. Would recommend to all, the area is amazing and this is a great base. Aircon is exceptional

What was the highlight of Hotel Miramar Mallorca

It served our purpose perfectly, but I wouldn't spend my holidays there.

We only booked this hotel as late checkout was not available in our own hotel. We stayed for only a few hours, in order to have a shower and wait for our taxi. The room we were given was huge, with a great big balcony (room 19, I think). The staff seemed friendly enough, and were very proud of having given us this big room. The location of the hotel is very central for bars, shops and restaurants and right on the sea front.

The hotel is tired. The aircon unit was partially broken (the swinging vent was only fixed on one side) and the shower room was small and stuffy. The aircon wasn't switched on before our arrival, so it took most of the few hours that we were there to cool the room down. Although huge, the room and balcony are at the back of the hotel, with a view over other balconies and rooftops. You could be forgiven for forgetting that the hotel is right on the front, facing the sea because you don't see it.

Good for short term stay, we had a wedding so we didn’t spend much time at the hotel just for sleeping and it does the j

Good location in Port de Soller, room functional and clean.

Most of the staff was really nice and accommodating, for example we arrived for a late evening check-out when the bar was already close but the person at the reception was happy to let us have a drink on the terrasse anyway. However we also encountered some less accommodating staff members, for example my partner wanted an espresso at the hotel bar in the evening and the person behind the bar told him “no coffee” straight away. We went to seat on the terrasse only to hear 2 minutes later the coffee machine running as they were having a coffee between staff members. Also bedroom cleaning started really early on the Saturday morning (around 8am) and they knocked at our door and wake us up which is not really what you would like on holiday.

So amazing host Helen at the breakfest, she imroved our opinion on the hotel a lot! And the breakfest was also nice. The location is wonderful.

Unfortunately the rooms and building would need some major upgrade, also the bed and pillows wasnt really comfortable. But still, it was satisfactory accommodation for one night stay.

We booked a room with three regular beds seaside but at arrival this wasn't available anymore... At last we received a room with 2 regular beds and a sort of folding bed that makes a lot of noise and no seaside

Nice friendly people & good location. Confortable outside terrace.

Building itself is not very good. You can hear noice all over…. people walking, talking, closing door. Beads are not very good.

Perfect location and views of the port.

The view of the harbor was lovely. It's located in the center of the main boardwalk area. The cute train passes right in front, but does not run too early or too late so it is not a noise issue at all. We enjoyed sitting on the room's small balcony. There are numerous restaurants and boating opportunities surrounding the hotel.

Not the fault of the property, but the beach in front was not as lovely as other parts of beautiful Mallorca. If "beachfront" is what you are looking for, you might stay somewhere besides this cute town.
